CCKS: China Conference on Knowledge Graph and Semantic Computing is organized and hosted by the language and knowledge computing professional committee of Chinese information society of China.China Conference on Knowledge Graph and Semantic Computingis a combination of two Chinese conferences:theChinese Knowledge Graph Symposium (CKGS)and Chinese Semantic Web and Web Science Conference (CSWS).CCKS2016 (www.ccks2016.cn) was held in Beijing Xijiao Hotel,CCKS2017 (www.ccks 2017 .com) was held in Chengdu Jinniu Hotel.CCKS2018 (www.ccks 2018 .com) was held in Tianjin Binhai One Hotel.CCKS2018 attracted more than 800 scholars and researchers from academia and industry. China Conference on Knowledge Graph and Semantic Computing has become the core conference of Knowledge Graph, Semantic Technology, Linked Data and other fields in China. It has gathered important scholars and researchers in Data Mining, Knowledge Representation, Natural Language Understanding, Machine Learning, Database, Graph Computing and other related fields.The 2019 China Conference on Knowledge Graph and Semantic Computing(www.ccks2019.cn) will be held in Hangzhou from August 24 to 27, 2019.

The theme of the 2019 China Conference on Knowledge Graph and Semantic Computing is “Knowledge Intelligence“, aiming to explore the key technologies and applications of language understanding, knowledge acquisition and intelligent services in the context of big data.The conference includes academic workshops, industrial forum, evaluation and competition, knowledge graph summit review, conference keynote reports and academic papers, etc.The conference will invite well-known scholars domestic and abroad to give the lectures on the latest progress, development trend and practical experience in relevant fields. The forum will invite professional researchers in the industry to share their experience and promote industry-university-research cooperation.

Researchers in related fields are cordially invited to submit papers in English and Chinese.Long papers should not exceed 12 pages and short papers should not exceed 6 pages.The LNCS template of Springer shall be used for the submission of papers(same template in Chinese and English):http://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines(Word template download address;Latex template download address).CCKS2019 English papers will be included in Springer’s collection, and Chinese papers will be recommended for publication in journals such as Science China (Chinese Edition), Journal of Chinese Information Processing, Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence (science edition).
